My wish this year for Christmas here on DA is to actually be able to to give to others instead of asking to receive things from them. So over the next few weeks I'm going to be taking requests of sorts. What I'm offering is to write a poem or short story for anyone, the only conditions being you tell which you would like and a theme for the piece. I'll update this journal with the list as it grows. I know many people may not take me up on this offer, but it's the thought that counts, right?

I'm happy to say things are looking up for me as of late, but things are also a bit down for me again. The good is I have my cell phone service back with a new number. Over these past few days of being sick I've had time to think on the situation I've gotten my self into and I'm feeling defeated, like a failure, and all those other things. I'm my own worst enemy, that's all there is to it. I know most of my RL friends that see this will want to kick my ass for thinking this way or just be indifferent about it and tell me to suck it up and grow a pair, but at the moment I don't care. I feel shut out at times as it is. It's an effort some days to even get out of bed. I just don't know what to do or where my life is headed at the moment. It feels like a dead end though...
